This site is only as beneficial as the number of active members grows and participation in the discussions grows as well. Lurkers may learn but participation by many educates all. If participation does not reach a certain level then the site becomes a small group talking among themselves. Each member must reach out to others to join. If you see the potential for good here please push this site at all our Division meetings and in conversations with our brothers and sisters.
Not all will join but if enough do then this site will take off and be of real benefit to our union brothers and sisters.
The fact that only six members participated in this poll is telling.
